Abstract
The high emission of solid waste in the textile industry and its impact on the environment have promoted the implementation of novel strategies to encourage the re-use of these scraps in the productive process (or reverse logistics). The present systematic literature review (SLR) reports and analyzes the main approaches of sustainable reverse logistics strategies for reinserting textile scrap in the manufacturing processes and its influence on the textile supply chain and the environment.
