Abstract
The research aimed to broadly define the relationship between service quality and the loyalty of pre-university students at the Maxwell Academy in the Province of Otuzco, 2023. The purpose was to demonstrate the level of relationship between both variables. The applied methodology was quantitative, of an applied nature, with a non-experimental design, and a descriptive-correlational scope. The data collection technique utilized was a questionnaire, and the sample involved applying probabilistic sampling, resulting in 97 participants. Concerning the general objective, based on statistically analyzed data, the conclusion was reached that there is a strong correlation, as indicated by r = 0.823, and the significance level is < 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis of no influence is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis, suggesting a significant and meaningful relationship between the quality of educational service and loyalty, is considered valid. It was concluded that indeed, the quality of educational service has a significant relationship with the loyalty of pre-university students at the Maxwell Academy in the Province of Otuzco, 2023.
