Abstract
The objective of this research was to determine the degree to which the management of internal quality processes is related to the competitiveness of the company Agronegocios Adriancito S.A.C. in the city of Trujillo during the year 2023. For these purposes, a quantitative, transversal research was chosen, with a non-experimental and correlational design in which the survey was used as a data collection technique and standardized instruments were applied to To study the variables, to measure the management of internal quality processes, the items from an ISO 9001 Quality internal audit questionnaire were taken into account and for competitiveness a standardized questionnaire was used IDB Competitiveness Map. These instruments were applied to a sample of 12 company employees. As a result, a correlation coefficient of 0.423 and a significance level of 0.018 less than 0.05 was obtained, indicating a significant and directly proportional correlation between the variables.
