Abstract
This research work is carried out with the purpose of improving occupational risk management in the installation of high voltage towers of an electrical services company in Peru; in order to increase their productivity having efficiency and effectiveness as variables used. To obtain data, direct observation and documentary analysis techniques were used. A current diagnosis of the company in the facilities area was carried out using an Ishikawa and Pareto diagram, to identify its situation regarding the problem presented regarding occupational risks and its prioritization. As a result, we have the economic indicators of the investment with a NPV S/:12,272.60 IRR 95% and with a B/C of S/. 5.22. On the other hand, we have the application of risk management which increased productivity by 15.85 percentage points; Likewise, efficiency and effectiveness increased by 3.88 and 12.64 percentage points respectively. Thus, concluding that improving occupational risk management increases productivity in the installation of high voltage towers of an electrical services company.
