Abstract
The main purpose of this research is to identify and classify the drivers that contribute to supply chain agility, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Peru, in order to enable them to face markets characterized by fluctuating demands. A quantitative and cross-sectional approach was adopted, using a non-experimental design and a non-probabilistic sample composed of 128 participants. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire based on a review of the existing literature. The application of the Fuzzy Topsis method in the analysis of results allowed the prioritization of agile supply chain enablers in the context of Peruvian SMEs. The findings revealed that the most crucial enablers are linked to managerial activities and responsibilities, highlighting elements such as top management commitment and adequate delegation of authority. The research concludes that the results obtained are consistent with previous research, highlighting the importance of enablers associated with financial sustainability; while aspects related to workers, who play a fundamental role in an agile organization, were considered less relevant.
