Abstract
The research titled "Inventory Control and Warehouse Management of the company Transporte Rodrigo Carranza, almacenadora Trujillo – 2023" aimed to determine the relationship between warehouse management and inventory control in this company during the year 2023. The specific objectives included measuring the level of warehouse management and inventory control, identifying their relationship with technological development, service quality, and the sustainable development of the company. The methodology used was quantitative, employing tools such as observation sheets, questionnaires, and interview guides in a correlational and descriptive approach. The research focused on a sample population of 181 stevedores and the head of the logistics area of the company. Although specific results and main conclusions could not be obtained from the document, it is likely that the study provided valuable insights into how inventory control and warehouse management influence the efficiency and sustainability of the company Transporte Rodrigo Carranza in Trujillo.
