Gender perception and self-assessment of intelligence impact work dynamics and career advancement. This study explores gender differences in the workplace and how individuals evaluate their intelligence compared to the opposite gender. It examines factors such as societal gender stereotypes and personal experiences. Findings will contribute to academic understanding and inform human resource management for more equitable work policies. Promoting fairer and empowering environments benefits all employees.
