Abstract
Public Administration has determined the importance of developing the modernization of its processes such as procedures and information services that are provided at the national, regional and local levels, facilitating open access to them for the benefit of citizens. This modernization allows improving administrative processes: they are faster, more efficient, transparent, saving time, distance, costs, storage, allowing interaction and more agile communication with public bodies: an example would be obtaining certificates. As a result, it is proposed to implement the online consultation module for digital certificates based on digital signature technology to improve the quality of service of the Legal Deposit service, through which; The National Library of Peru, would comply with the provisions of Law N ° 27269, Law of Digital Signatures and Certificates and the Supreme Decree that approves the Digital Government Law. For the development of the proposal has been used the concept of the methodology called Signature for management consisting of 4 stages, as well as quality procedures to ensure the information entered in the digital certificates of Legal Deposit through signature technology digital.
