Abstract
The turnover of personnel, present in organizations of all types and sizes, whether public or private, is the movement of workers that enters or leaves the company and can occur by decision of the server or the institution. A high level of turnover can cause a vulnerable situation for the institution affecting the quality of the services it provides, as well as the institutional image. The present research is carried out in order to determine the relationship between the rotation of administrative staff in Ecuadorian public companies and their administrative management 2017-2020, taking as scope of research the Lomas de Sargentillo - Isidro Ayora - Pedro Carbo, same that make up the District 09D14, belonging to the Coordination Zonal 5, being the subjects under investigation are the public servers of the institution. The methodology used corresponds to a non-experimental, quantitative research, the investigative method has a degree of descriptive, documentary and a correlational design, where relationships between dependent and independent variables were observed, raised in the investigation. The information collected was obtained by applying a survey of officials in the following areas: Atención Ciudadana; Planificación; Apoyo, Seguimiento y regulación; Tic´s; Jurídico; Talento Humano; Administrativo-Financiero. The SPSS version 22 software was used to process the data. Based on the statistical results, the negative impact of staff turnover is demonstrated.
