Abstract
In this work, the relationship between corruption and public works is analyzed. The research is developed from a qualitative approach, grounded theory design and basic type, the data collection technique of documentary analysis and text review has been used, mainly doctrine and regulations on corruption and public officials. In conclusion, it is noted that corruption and acts of corruption such as improper use of privileged information and bribery nullify public works bidding.
