Abstract
Taking into consideration the changes that are developing in the world, accompanied by current regulations both nationally, in Argentine territory, and internationally, different careers in the engineering area have proposed adapting their training proposals with a gender perspective. For this, it is necessary to train the teaching team, the students and, mainly, modify practices that have always been entrenched. This article specifically presents the work carried out on the adaptation with a gender perspective of the Industrial Organization subject - which is part of the study plans of the Chemical Engineering and Electromechanical Engineering careers. To provide a framework for analysis, a regulatory conceptual framework is presented regarding the gender issue and, in particular, how it was included in the University's own regulations. Subsequently, a presentation of the subject is made and, finally, the actions are shown. taken and, in the conclusions, the challenges for the future are indicated
