Abstract
At present, many of the water resources that {man has are contaminated by various causes and in many cases the populations that are around are not aware of the danger they run when consuming these waters and the aquatic beings that already live in them. that these populations depend to a great extent on these waters for their daily sustenance, a clear example is appreciated in the high Andean region in the Junín region where the second largest lake in Peru is located, Lake Chinchaycocha, which for years has been contaminated by the formal mining with consequences that have been reflected in the population.
