Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship that exists between work communication strategies and conflict resolution in the employees of the Bodylab gym, 2023. We worked under a non-experimental design; it was a correlational level investigation with a cross-section within of the quantitative approach. A total of 23 collaborators were considered as the study population, of the total there were only 10 collaborators who were assumed as the sample, from whom information was collected for each variable through the questionnaire instrument; These were designed with a Likert scale. According to Cronbach's Alpha, there was a reliability level of 0.941 for the work communication strategies variable, while for the conflict resolution variable it had a reliability level of 0.840.              It was concluded that there is a medium positive relationship between work communication strategies and conflict resolution among employees of the Bodylab gym, 2023, which could be demonstrated with the non-parametric Rho Spearman test with a significance level of 0.217 and a correlation coefficient. of 0.428.                 This means that, when the work communication strategies variable is properly developed, it has relevance in the conflict resolution variable
