Abstract
The general objective of this work was to make improvements through the application of logistics tools for warehouse and inventory management in the company SOLAGRI PERÚ S.A.C. Likewise, the following specific objectives were had: to elaborate the initial diagnosis of the company's inventory and warehouse management and correctly apply the guidelines of the tools, Kardex, 5S and Pareto Diagram. In the first place, the collection of information was carried out regarding the subject in which three antecedents were considered at the international, national and local levels. Second, the previously mentioned tools were applied, with which the results were obtained. following results. With the kardex it was possible to observe that the rotation of the MIX MIX and HURAKAN product is 4 times during 6 months. After carrying out the ABC analysis, the following results were found: Category A: 22.22% of articles, concentrate 74.01% of the inventory value Category B: 33.33% of articles, concentrate 17.29% of the inventory value. Category C: 44.44% of articles, concentrate 8.70% of the inventory value. And finally, after the first audit, the level of compliance with the 5S was 53.3%, this is improved with the correct application of the 5S reaching a level of 72%.
