Abstract

The objective of the present investigation "was to determine how the use of the electronic table of parties influences the efficiency of the administration of justice in the Republic of Peru" made available by the Judicial Power. The methodology used was a quantitative, descriptive, explanatory approach; the sample consisted of 164 lawyers collected from the 34 bar associations nationwide; the technique used was the survey and as an instrument a questionnaire with 15 closed questions based on the dimensions of degree of accessibility to the electronic table of parts, relevance of the topics offered, time used, satisfaction with the information and security of the information. The results were tabulated for each dimension according to the satisfaction of the respondents. Therefore, it is concluded that the electronic parts desk made available by the Judicial Branch has a significant influence on the administration of justice in the Judicial Branch; therefore, it makes a medium and effective contribution to the administration of justice in the Republic of Peru.
