Abstract
Argumentation is an important skill in the university context. It is based on building and supporting a position in a logical and coherent way, to persuade a specific audience. The development of persuasion skills highly bene- fits from technological management models. With this in mind, a study was de- veloped to determine the effect of a technology management model in improving the writing of argumentative texts in university students from remote training contexts. To achieve this, a quasi-experimental design is proposed, with a control group and an experimental one to which strategies based on a technology man- agement model will be applied for the development of argumentative skills. The results show an improvement in argumentation skills in the experimental group, validating the positive impact of the model on the development of argumentation skills in students.
