Abstract
Having a strategic plan is a fundamental basis for the proper development of all organizations that aim at business growth. In this study, a situational diagnosis and analysis of the internal and external problems of a family construction company were carried out. The balanced scorecard or balance score card was used as a tool for measuring results, which is an excellent aid to management and administration in the short and medium term, combining goals and behavioral strategies, tools and organizational processes. The design of the strategic plan proposed in this research provides companies with a solid tool to improve their management and achieve their long-term objectives; the planning of concrete actions will allow companies to adapt to the changing environment, capitalize on opportunities and overcome challenges, ensuring their sustainability and success in the market.
