Abstract
Abstract– The research carries out the analysis of human talent management and work commitment considering how important it is to address adequate management of people in institutions to achieve the generation of competitive commitment. The objective was to determine the relationship between human talent management and work commitment. For this, a basic study was undertaken with a non-experimental design with a quantitative approach, using a sample of 54 collaborators. It was found that there is a medium positive relationship represented by Spearman's Rho coefficient equal to 0.672.
