Abstract
Digitalization has caused a transformation in the management of engineering projects. In this trend line is the EduScrum methodology, which is the educational application of the agile SCRUM methodology for engineering project management. This article shows a teaching experience carried out with Mechanical Engineering students from the Catholic University of Ávila (Spain). After analyzing the results obtained, it is confirmed that the implementation of the EduScrum methodology in project management in engineering degrees is a good option for the future to encourage students to acquire teamwork skills.
