Abstract
The systematic review was initiated because industries are more focused on increasing their productivity and profits, this was observed mainly in some small industries, from our own experience, we see that workers lack ergonomic tools so they suffer musculoskeletal disorders. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to identify the ergonomic risk factors, the most used methods and to specify the parts of the body that are most affected. The search equation was established with the PICOCT method in the Science Direct and Scopus databases, obtaining 1023 articles, leaving 50 articles selected using the PRISMA statement. The methods most used by the industries were schematized through the presentation of figures and tables. Likewise, 5 ergonomic risk factors were identified that were most relevant in the analysis of body parts and that most affected workers. These were repetitive movements and awkward postures evaluated with the OWAS, CMDQ, RULA, OCRA, and REBA methods depending on the industry to be applied. On the other hand, it was found that the greatest bodily ailments were shoulders/arms, hand/wrist, lower back, and neck.
