Abstract
This research proposes a Business Intelligence model for SMEs, in the sense that the use of software that many currently present in the current market is minimized and their management is complex. The elements of Business Intelligence are designed in the same database management system and it is complemented with the Business Intelligence solutions software that will be in charge of completing the datawarehouse model. The results of the proposed model are produced with the same Business Intelligence solutions software that provides interactive interfaces to show the important reports for decision-making, which after being implemented, the users can manage them themselves, a solution that is suitable for SMEs.
