Abstract
Abstract– This research project will allow to obtain according to the objectives set to save lives and reduce the mortality of vulnerable people in times of pandemic, the use of Smart data center technology being important to reduce costs and increase its efficiency within the health emergency situation. The frequency of medical appointments before and after Teleconsultation in times of pandemic will be optimized, the results obtained in the methodology proposed in the project being important, as well as reducing mortality and giving continuity to the service. According to the result obtained, it is possible to improve the care of patients with Covid 19, giving them adequate treatment remotely, fulfilling the objective of improving care in health centers in the established population. The design and implementation of the Smart data center for teleconsultations allows us to optimize services and reduce waiting times as it is automated. The conclusion will be to reduce the deaths of patients affected by COVID 19 and the prevention and fight against the pandemic being a contribution of the FIEI-UNFV to society.
