Abstract
The objective of this work is to prepare a diagnostic map of the labor insertion of people with disabilities (PCD) in the city of Mar del Plata. This is a descriptive study that uses a non-experimental, selective, and cross-sectional research design. The article focuses on workers from public and private organizations and engineering students in the city of Mar del Plata (N= 252). Semi-structured questionnaires are used to collect data, with closed questions with multiple response options and open questions. In the data analysis, descriptive statistics and analysis by discourse categories are applied to interpret the responses. When analyzing the results, it can be highlighted that the impact of the employment of PWD improves CSR, organizational culture, and reputation, and in addition, it is observed that structural barriers, lack of information, and disinterest on the part of companies when hiring PWD predominate.
