Abstract
Abstract: The objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between financial management and sales management in micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in the provinces of Barranca, Huaura and Huaral in Peru. To achieve this objective, a literature review was conducted on financial management and sales management in MSEs, and a field study was carried out using a survey of 425 owners of MSEs in the aforementioned provinces, which were in business in the year 2022. The results of the research indicate that there is a significant relationship between financial management and sales management in the Mypes, which were found in the ordinal logistic regression test the D of sommers is equal to 0,26 this indicates that there is a positive moderate relationship between financial management and sales management, then the companies have good financial management and tend to have better sales management, and vice versa. In addition, it was found that most of the surveyed MSEs do not have good financial management and this is related to problems in sales management, concluding, according to [5][6][16], that MSEs should improve their financial management and sales management to increase the profitability and sustainability of their businesses. It is also suggested that local authorities provide technical and financial assistance to MSMEs to improve their business management.
