Abstract
This paper presents the creation of a computer-assisted model based on NLP (for its acronym in English Natural Language Processing), which is a branch of Machine Learning, for the design of insights in the creation assistance for doctoral academic programs. This work contemplates the assistance by computer in the generation of insights for decision making in the denomination of the academic program, among these, it can include the name of the program, description of the program and line of investigation of the program. This computer-assisted model contemplates the comparison, through NLP technology libraries, and the obtaining of information from multiple sources, mainly national and international academics sources, on existing doctoral programs. After the comparison of the information sources, the NLP libraries provide data and graphs to carry out comparative analyzes consistent with the information provided. As a result of the proposed work, a computational model based on NLP was obtained that is generating perspectives insights for assistance in the creation of doctoral academic programs based on currently existing doctoral programs at the national and international level. The main purpose is to give a different perspective to those interested in program names so that decision makers have enough national and international documentary evidence to make a decision about the name of the academic program.
