Abstract
The changes that the problem of the Covid-19 pandemic has brought with it, have affected the economy of the countries, mainly hitting the productive business sector and in a forceful way small and medium-sized companies, because most of them do not have a financial structure that supports a long time without producing and marketing. This situation will force companies that want to remain in time, to transform their logistics and operating models, in a way that enhances efficiency and associated results. Based on the above, this research arises, which seeks to identify and/or describe the most relevant characteristics of the logistics process of companies belonging to the flower sector. As a result, it can be inferred that the workers of the logistics process of the companies of the floricultural sector of the Department of Cundinamarca, identify each one of the basic activities of this process, in accordance with the methodological conception proposed by [8]; being able to describe also the activities that occur within the companies of the analyzed sector.
