Abstract
At present, the inadequate treatment of organic waste generated during agricultural and industrial processes has a significant negative impact on the environment, since it contaminates the atmosphere, water sources and soil, through organic matter that, when in contact with the soil, water and air, generate compounds that affect the water, eliminating the oxygen that is of great importance for aquatic species, as well as contaminating the main sources of water that are used by humans. To solve this problem, what is sought is to take advantage of the organic waste generated day by day in the best possible way, considerably eliminating the negative impact that these generate on the environment. A possible solution to this problem is to treat this organic waste through anaerobic digestion, using biodigesters that will allow us to generate products such as biogas and organic fertilizers.
