Abstract
This article analyzes the current situation of the quality of public electricity services -supply quality- in Peru and to propose a regulatory framework that helps to obtain better levels of quality in times of crisis, so that it does not affect economic activity. from the country. Taking into account the Emergency Decree No. 035, which suspends the payment of compensation for non-compliance with the Electric Services Quality Standard (NTCSE).
