Abstract

Objective: to structure an ideal systemic model in the event of a seism for Mexico City. Methodology: qualitative interpretive of soft or flexible systems, used for the design of open socio-technical systems in the initial stages of organizational development. Results: design of the ideal model under the systems approach. Limitations: the application of the model in a real environment due to its complexity and structure while the transversal axis of multiculturalism does not evolve towards the respect and correct application of the laws in the geographical area of study. Value: proposal of a systemic model that allows the generation of administrative strategies to improve prehospital medical care. Conclusions: the development of the ideal model allows the visualization of the interaction between variables for the best decision making for a society of the future.
