Abstract
The objective was to analyze how the supply chain influences the logistic distribution of a logistics operator's cable warehouse. The research design is pre-experimental type. The population is made up of 328 items of cables, a sample of 115 cables was used. The pre-test analysis carried out in the dispatch process as a key process showed an operating time of 351 minutes and the post test analysis from the new redistribution achieved a reduction of 27.8 minutes. The dimensions, inventory policy using the Oracle Crystall Ball software and logistics indicator demonstrated a reduction in the initial situation; also in the analysis of the variable logistic distribution there was an increase in productivity in the clearance process; this allows us to affirm that the supply chain influences the logistic distribution of the cable warehouse of a logistics operator.
