Abstract
The objective of this research is to publicize the cause of job turnover in generation Z and to propose a solution that will reduce their intention of resign. This work was based on various analyses in order to obtain frustrations, potential opportunities and insights around the experience and, in this way, to find the reasons that drive them to change company. Several design-based methods were used to develop this research, since this study took the user experience (UX) as its starting point by focusing on the user and analyzing the dynamics of the environment. The results indicate that Generation Z does not develop an identity bond with the companies where they work because they do not use measures or tools that contribute to their process of insertion and adaptation to work. In this situation, and taking into account one of its main characteristics, which is its relationship with technology, a digital solution was proposed to strengthen the bond with companies, which was validated and had an adequate level of acceptance.
