Abstract

The objective of the research was to determine the level of influence of the application of an organizer of research ideas systematized in a spreadsheet, in the research competences of graduate students of professional management careers; being the specific objectives, to measure the level of research competences of graduate students of professional management careers before the use of the "Organizer of research ideas", apply it in the process of methodological advice to the students selected as a sample, and measure the results in the research competencies of the selected students, after the application of the organizer of ideas. The research perspective was mixed, due to the fact that descriptive and correlational statistical calculations were carried out, being positivist, and the interpretation of the quantitative results is qualitative, being relativistic, being the pre-experimental design, without a control group and with the phases pre and post test. The results showed that the majority of students in the pre-test were at the lowest level in the indicators related to the precision of the variables and the coherence between the various aspects of the research, and subsequently the existence of significant growth in the generation competitions. It is concluded that the application of an organizer of research ideas systematized in a spreadsheet increases the research competencies of graduate students from professional management careers
