Abstract
In Peru several natural disasters occur in rural and urban areas due to its location and geographic formations. For this reason, a system for measuring environmental variables is designed, simulated and developed to measure: Sound or noise, temperature and Gases. This system will allow the measurement of environmental variables in places where disasters have occurred or in areas of the population, as protection of environmental variables. The dsPIC30F4013 has been considered as signal processing because it is a multipurpose processor and has an additional mathematical processing resource.
