Abstract
he present work seeks to determine the effect of hope and long-term attitude on entrepreneurial intention, by means of a quantitative study to understand the significant evidence between generations. We estimate the data using the methods of structural equations and confirmatory factor analysis. The results obtained reflected that hope, as a cognitive personality trait, affects directly entrepreneurial intention. There is evidenced that Generation Y is the generation group with the highest levels of dispositional hope and entrepreneurial intention.
