Abstract
In the current environment, the performance and sustainability of companies require collaborators committed to the organization. Organizational Civic Behavior explains desirable behavior and employee participation through actions that go beyond those defined in the position. Organizational Civic Behavior can be explained through the personal characteristics of the collaborator, so the present study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Civic Behavior in employees of companies in the city of Guayaquil-Ecuador. The study was conducted with a sample of 994 collaborators working in different companies, has a nonexperimental cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach and correlative scope. A model of structural equations established the relationships between the study variables, and found that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant impact on Civic Behavior at the individual and organizational level
