Abstract
This research work was aimed at determining to what extent plant redistribution influences productivity in a fast food company. The design is pre-experimental, where a reliable questionnaire (Cronbach's Alpha of 0.93) was applied to the organization's collaborators. Also, an interview guide, observation guide and a documentary collection sheet were taken as data collection instruments. The structure of the model was divided into 4 fundamental stages: Diagnosis of the company, Analysis of the process under study, Proposal for improvement and Economic analysis. It is concluded that the redistribution of the plant has a positive influence on productivity, increasing it by 165%. Finally, the economic impact of the application will end with a recovered amount of S/.2,721.9, an IRR: 79% and a PRI of 1 month.
