Abstract

Standard 8 of the SINEACE model proposes the Improvement Management, for which we expose the process of the Continuous Improvement Management and the systematization of this, which collects, treats, and stores the declared information, allowing the obtaining of concrete results and the measurement of these in each professional program of the University, through indicators of effectiveness and efficiency. This requires the participation of internal stakeholders (administrative staff, academic staff, and students) organized in committees with specific functions and requiring a level of expertise to ensure compliance with established internal protocols.
