Abstract
Avoiding a resurgence of the Covid-19 virus is essential to minimize any risk of new infections in the population. Therefore, the objective of this research is to design an automatic temperature measurement and disinfection system as part of the biosafety protocols, to serve highly recurrent public and private establishments. The device is made up of two systems: the body temperature meter and the alcohol or disinfectant gel sprayer. The device design is done in Autodesk Inventor software, and the graphical interface of the system is developed in MATLAB software. The results determine that the temperature measurement data is displayed through a graphical interface, allowing, or preventing entry through an oscillating barrier.
