Abstract

The present investigation was carried out in order to determine the impact of the application of the Deterministic Dynamic Programming in the profits and the production plan, in the company "CREATA S.A.C", dedicated to the production and commercialization of footwear and leather accessories. For this, Deterministic Dynamic Programming was applied to reach optimal solutions and make the best decision in the production plan and increase in profits. For which a deterministic dynamic programming modeling was carried out and applied, characterized by the fact that it does not follow a standard form, where for each problem each one of the components is specified, dividing in the recursive analysis of each one of the stages of the problem, in reverse order, achieving greater efficiency in the management of the company by finding optimal solutions through the various stages of the problem, which allowed maximizing profits and improving production processes of its 4 products, which allowed an increase in income.
