Abstract

The present research applied with a quantitative approach and with an experimental design in the pre-experimental modality, had the purpose of improving the homework process in the company Agroberries Perú de Virú through the implementation of a multiplatform mobile application, tools were used to obtain data. , such as the registration and questionnaire forms, in order to measure the average time in registering tasks, the average time in preparing the payment sheets for the tasks, the average time in obtaining the reports from the records of task and the level of satisfaction of the administrative staff of the company, before and after the implementation of the multiplatform mobile application, which was directed based on the Mobile - D methodology, following the stages: Exploration, Initiation, Production, Stabilization and Software tests, the same that was executed in a period of 6 months, from July to December 2021. The main res The results of the indicators of the task process after the implementation were the reduction of the average time of registration of tasks in 32 minutes, decrease of the average time in the elaboration of the payroll of the tasks in 33 minutes, decrease of the average time in obtaining the reports of the records of the tasks in 25 minutes and increased the level of satisfaction where 42% are satisfied and 55% very satisfied. With the support of the T-Student and Wilcoxon statistical tests, it is concluded that the implementation of a multiplatform mobile application significantly improved the homework process.
