Abstract:

This document presents the implementation of the SCOR framework and BPM. Three levels of SCOR are used, the first two to identify the supply chain processes and subprocess of each of them through the SCOR framework, in third level we modeled and using BPM where the process are analyzed to detect the root cause of delivery orders out of date, generating payment of penalty. To reduce late orders, poor processes and methods are redesigned. For the implementation, good practices SCOR and BPM are used for development of the procedures, while the control and monitoring is carried out with the indicators also established in the SCOR framework, with which it is expected that its current state improves up to 50%. and thus, guarantee order fulfillment.
