Abstract:

Abstract– Based on the great importance that women represent to new business worldwide, this research identifies her entrepreneurial profile in Latin American environment during the 2013 to 2016 years, with a statistic analysis multivariate correlation about the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor GEM-2017 data. For this goal, It has been made a statistic analysis of social behavior variables of the GEM data with a conceptualized first from the state of the art, which allowed defining the profile of women entrepreneurs in Latin America and make a research contribution that help to understand living conditions like her capacities and better boost her entrepreneurial spirit for achieve economic and social benefits into a region that needs wealth generation, jobs and quality of life.
