Abstract:Knowledge management consists of the identification, quantification and management of intangible assets in organizations and production processes, in order to contribute to the development of their competitiveness and sustainability. Due to its global importance and in particular in Venezuela, the productive chain of the corn agroindustry deserves to be investigated from this perspective. It has four links: corn producers, processing industry, commerce and finally, suppliers of goods and services. The objective of this research is to develop a factorial model of knowledge management in the productive chain of corn agroindustry. In this sense, the study population was constituted by owners, supervisors, technicians, administrators and operators of the most representative organizations and companies of said chain of production in Venezuela. In the first phase, four empirical field studies were carried out corresponding to the four links of the productive chain. These studies were descriptive-correlational, non-experimental, transectional and ex post facto, which allowed to identify the determinant indicators of the management of the knowledge in said production chain. In this second phase, a model of structured equations was applied to the data obtained in the first phase, counting for this purpose with the statistical software SPSS version 24. It was obtained as a result that the factors of the structural model are the management of the information, "" product ""with its associated intangible assets and management framed in an innovative environment. It is recommended to continue deepening this line of research in relation to each of the factors of the model and implement an action program that allows explaining the results of this research to the actors of the production chain of the maize agroindustry in Venezuela. |
