Abstract:

The purpose is to design a mathematical model that helps develop a master production plan that meets the demand for dairy products of a company. The company has two major challenges: the first is to maintain a balance between the consumption of a regular volume of milk and the efficient use of surplus fat. The second challenge is to ensure the correct use of the assets of the factory. The company currently does not have an adequate tool for these challenges.
