Abstract:

The TPS - Toyota Production System first known worldwide as Just In Time (JIT), then as Lean Production, however as Toyota claims, both names do not communicate and nor completely capture the spirit of the TPS. Generating distortions in implementations. In that sense a more descriptive name in accordance with the TPS, could be “Lean Philosophy” for innovation processes to improvement the management transformative and productive operations for the creation of valued and benefit.
