Abstract:This paper studies and verifies the existence or not of some relation between the performance and the value of the total harmonic distortion (THD) in three-phase cascaded multilevel bridge inverters. With this objective, these parameters are experimentally evaluated in a three-phase multi-level power converter of cascade H bridges, with nine steps per phase, compared to different modulations that have optimized harmonic content through the use of genetic algorithms. | ||
