Abstract:

This article presents the implementation of a bottom up approach. This is a participatory method to develop outreach project proposals that solve community problems with the intervention of the university. We present the results of a workshop where wood artisans and professors interacted to identify community problems and potential solutions. Finally, we describe three final outreach project proposals presented by the professors to solve the main problems of the community.
