Abstract:

In this paper, we developed an Enterprise Architecture or Framework as a strategy to guide the execution of projects in the cattle sector, with the subject of bovine traceability, establishing the roadmap, and interrelating each component or artifact of the model, such as: business, data, applications, technological infrastructure, with of the reality. Among the results is a) the analysis of the digital gaps in the sector, according to indicators of access, use, quality and education; b) a comparative study of three well-known frameworks: TOGAF, ZACHMAN and FEA, which have been the baseline of the proposed model; c) a new framework, ""Interoperability,"" is incorporated; d) the framework of the conceptual Enterprise Architecture model was designed to manage the traceability, with the different components of each architecture, c) a series of projects were identified in each architecture that will give rise to the design of the operational model and the routing sheet.
