ICACIT has accredited seventeen undergraduate engineering programs in Peru between 2007 and 2013. As results of these evaluations ICACIT has prepared a list of frequent findings regarding the compliance with General Criteria for Accrediting Engineering Programs and determined the higher incidence of findings. This paper briefly describes the major findings from these revisions and demonstrates a tendency in the concentration of findings in the following criteria: Continuos Improvement, Students, Program Educational Objectives, and Faculty.
Resumen:ICACIT ha acreditado diecisiete programas de pregrado en ingeniería en Perú entre el 2007 y el 2013. Como resultado de estas evaluaciones ICACIT ha preparado una lista de hallazgos frecuentes respecto del cumplimiento de los Criterios Generales para Acreditar Programas de Ingeniería y determinado la mayor incidencia de hallazgos. Este trabajo describe brevemente los principales hallazgos de estas revisiones y demuestra una tendencia en la concentración de hallazgos en los siguientes criterios: Mejora Continua, Estudiantes, Objetivos Educacionales del Programa y Cuerpo de Profesores.
