Abstract
In English: A novel active learning model has been defined to develop key competencies in the students of Tecnológico de Monterrey, considering the generational characteristics of the youth immersed in a technological environment (digital natives) and promoting their active participation in their surroundings. In Spanish: Un modelo de aprendizaje activo se ha definido para desarrollar competencias clave en los alumnos del Tecnológico de Monterrey, tomando en cuenta las características de la generación de los jóvenes inmersos en ambientes tecnológicos (nativos digitales) y fomentando una participación activa en su entorno.
